Approach & quality
How we work, and how we check it.
A process is only useful if you can see it. Here is ours, followed by the criteria we hold each release to.
Signal path
Discover
Usually one to two weeks. We agree the problem, the audience, the must-have features and what success would look like. You get a short written scope with assumptions, risks and an estimate range.
Shape
User flows, wireframes and a clickable prototype. We test the core journeys with a few people before committing to visual design or code.
Build
Short cycles with a working build at the end of each. Changes to scope are written down with their effect on time and cost before we act on them.
Release
Store materials, privacy declarations, final testing on real devices, submission and a handover of every account and file.
Quality criteria
Nothing ships until...
Core tasks are completable
A person new to the product can finish the main tasks without help.
Accessibility is checked
Contrast, focus order, text scaling and screen reader labels reviewed against WCAG 2.2 AA.
It works on real devices
Tested on a range of screen sizes and at least one older, slower device.
Data is minimised
Only personal data the feature needs is collected, and the privacy notice matches what the app actually does.
Handover is complete
Code, designs, accounts and a written guide are with you.
Achievements, honestly
What we can point to today
We are a young company and we will not invent awards, client names or results. What we can show you is the way we work: written scopes, visible increments, the checklists above and the guides in our resources section. Ask us for a sample scope document in your first conversation.
